Libby & Jonathan Bateman

were married at

St Theobald's Church, Great Musgrave

24th September 2005

A very happy day for both families

Libby emerges into the sunshine ready for Uncle Barrie to take her to church in his beautifully decorated 1948 Morgan Sports car.

Many of the rest of the guests piled into this lovely old 1951 Guyarab coach, driven by Libby's friend Alison. Again it was beautifully decorated both inside and out.

The new Mr. & Mrs. Bateman

(Jonathan knew he would marry an angel)

Jonathan's sister Claire did a sterling job as Master of Ceremonies

Best Man Adam taking good care of The Bridegroom

Lots of friends to wish them luck

Libby thought it was a lot of laughs

Libby's Chief Bridesmaid was school friend Sue. The other Bridesmaids were Jonathan's niece Nicole, Libby's nieces Victoria and Mary and cousin Jill.

Victoria not only showed her skills as a Bridesmaid but also showed one of her other talents when she played 'Edelweiss' on her violin during the signing of the register.

The Happy Couple by the

River Eden

(How romantic is that?)

Come, dear wife, I'll drive you home

Jonathan fulfills another dream when he gets to drive the Morgan

Off to start their new life together

The cake was lovingly made and decorated by Helen, wife of cousin Tony.

Libby's coronet was a wedding gift from Annie from Mallertang.

Libby's bouquets was made by her neighbour Liz who also did the main flower arrangements in the church, ably assisted by Barbara and Joyce.

And the band played .......
